Surface Preparation

For best results:

  • Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease, oil or debris
  • Remove any loose materials before application
  • Always prepare surfaces thoroughly to maximise adhesion

Application Instructions

  1. Cut the cartridge tip to the desired width (avoid damaging thread)
  2. Attach nozzle and place into a standard sealant gun
  3. Apply using firm, even pressure
  4. Use a zig-zag motion for bonding applications
  5. Apply a continuous bead for sealing and pointing

Limitations

  • Not suitable for glazing systems or aquariums
  • Do not use on surfaces that bleed oils or plasticisers
  • Not compatible with bitumen or asphalt
  • Some paints may not be compatible – test before use
  • Mechanical fixings recommended for heavy or overhead applications
  • May discolour (yellow) in low light or after prolonged UV exposure
  • Certified for internal sealing applications only

      Returns Policy

      You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

      You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
