Description
An intumescent and acoustic acrylic sealant, Everbuild's Technic Fire Sealant 300 provides a firm but flexible seal to joints in a variety of fire rated structures.
When exposed to heat, the sealant swells to greater than 3x it's original size, creating a char that can resist the passage of fire for up to 4 hours.
