Surface Preparation
For best results:
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease, oil or debris
- Remove any loose materials before application
- Always prepare surfaces thoroughly to maximise adhesion
Application Instructions
- Cut the cartridge tip to the desired width (avoid damaging thread)
- Attach nozzle and place into a standard sealant gun
- Apply using firm, even pressure
- Use a zig-zag motion for bonding applications
- Apply a continuous bead for sealing and pointing
Limitations
- Not suitable for glazing systems or aquariums
- Do not use on surfaces that bleed oils or plasticisers
- Not compatible with bitumen or asphalt
- Some paints may not be compatible – test before use
- Mechanical fixings recommended for heavy or overhead applications
- May discolour (yellow) in low light or after prolonged UV exposure
- Certified for internal sealing applications only
