Product description

Bond It HA6 is a high modulus RTV silicone sealant and adhesive for marine, aquarium and general sealing work. Its acetoxy cure formula forms a durable seal and resists UV, ozone, saltwater immersion and temperature extremes. It contains no fungicides or oils that may leach into water, making it suitable for bonding, bedding and sealing glass in aquarium construction. 

Where to use it

  • Aquarium glass bonding, bedding and sealing
  • Marine fittings, pumps and pipework seals
  • In-situ gaskets and weatherproof seals for external enclosures
  • Glass, ceramics, anodised aluminium, primed metals, timber and many plastics

Application advice
Apply to clean, dry surfaces free from grease and other contaminants at +5°C to +30°C. Tool promptly after application and allow the sealant to cure fully before exposing a new aquarium joint to water. Follow Bond It’s separate aquarium assembly instructions for tank construction. Do not use on bitumen, asphalt, natural stone or unprimed metals, or as a mirror adhesive.

Free Delivery

We offer free next day (working day) delivery for all eligible orders over £50. For eligibility, orders must be placed before 14:00 from Monday to Friday. If you order on a Saturday, the order will be shipped on Monday for next day delivery.
