Traditional exterior sealing in a stone finish
Bond It Build-Mate is made for pointing and sealing jobs where a gun-applied, oil-based mastic is needed. It can be used to seal and bed wooden or metal window and door frames, maintain suitable low-rise building joints, seals and flashings, and point around precast building materials.
Build-Mate resists sagging and forms a self-repairing skin while remaining flexible underneath. If a painted finish is required, allow the mastic to cure before using a compatible conventional oil-based paint. Check compatibility on a small area first.

Before you apply: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and sound. Use a standard sealant gun and make sure the mastic contacts both sides of the joint. Do not use on uPVC, bitumen or asphalt, or where joint movement exceeds ±5%.
